What do you do in your job every day?
I work to assure the continued functioning of Portland Bottling Company as it relates to our Enterprise Resource Planning application, PLEX. I help new employees get set up with PLEX and help resolve any issues that may arise during its use.
Why did you choose to work at Portland Bottling Company?
I chose to work at Portland Bottling because of the opportunity for personal growth I saw within the company. I started originally in Batching, but moved into Inventory, and expressed a desire to learn and grow – which ultimately led me to my current role.
What is the most interesting thing you’ve learned working at Portland Bottling Company?
Before working at Portland Bottling Company, I had little experience working directly with customers. I have since learned how to best interact with our customers, working with them to come to solutions that are beneficial for them and for our company.
What do you love most about working with Portland Bottling Company?
I like feeling like the work I do is making a difference for my coworkers and the larger business. It makes hard work feel worth it when I can see that it has helped resolve an issue or made others’ lives much easier.
