ABOUT PORTLAND BOTTLING COMPANY

Jack has over 30 years’ executive leadership experience, having functioned in multiple officer positions including VP-Finance, VP-Global Operations, CFO, COO, and CEO in both public and private high tech manufacturing companies.

Prior to joining Portland Bottling Company in late 2019, Jack was the CEO for a global public company that developed, manufactured, and sold high-tech capital equipment to leading food processors in over 80 countries. He successfully sold the business to strategic private equity buyers prior to joining PBC.

Jack graduated with honors with a BS from Lawrence University, where he also played three sports – football, basketball and baseball. He also earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Jack and his wife have two children and two grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf, and mentoring college student athletes on leadership and culture.

Todd joined Portland Bottling Company as CFO in 2023, bringing more than 25 years of business experience to the company. He has held Chief Financial Officer and other senior finance leadership positions in a variety of industries including commercial fire and life safety, high tech semiconductor equipment manufacturing, document management, and public accounting.

Over his career he has held positions in both public and private companies with operations in the United States, Asia, and Europe.

Todd graduated with honors from Oregon State University with a degree in Business/Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

As Chief Operating Officer, Lance Wright manages the teams responsible for the manufacturing, facilities, quality, and supply chain of the products produced by The Portland Bottling Company.

Lance brings over 35 years of experience in the soft drink industry where he had responsibilities for the sales, distribution, manufacturing, and packaging of consumer goods. He has a proven track record of building world-class teams across a broad range of cultures that generate positive results. These experiences will serve him well in his current role.

Lance is married with two sons and four grandchildren. When not working, he enjoys time with his family, golf, and traveling.

Andy leads business development at Portland Bottling Company with deep knowledge of every facet of our business. That’s because Andy has worked across many facets of PBC in his six-year tenure with the company; prior to business development, he held successful roles in production, batching and inventory.

Prior to PBC, Andy spent half a decade working in the automotive industry as a finance manager with Capitol Auto Group.

Andy is a Portland native through and through, and he earned his BS in Economics from the University of Oregon. Married with two young children, Andy enjoys time outside of work with his family, golfing and landscaping his yard.

In his role, Ron delivers human resources strategies and solutions that support Portland Bottling Company’s business mission, goals and culture.

Ron has nearly thirty years of experience as a seasoned leader in human resources, primarily within high-growth, entrepreneurial work environments. He graduated from the University of Oregon Graduate School of Business, earning a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations.

Ron spends much of his free time exploring the many recreational activities throughout the Northwest, including camping and hiking the many trails within the Columbia River Gorge. Reading, running and micro-breweries are also among Ron’s favorite activities when away from the office.
